'Recipe : Ingredients 2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) 2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp black Sesame seeds 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 3 tsp oil salt to taste  Method  1.To the wheat flour, add the cumin seeds, chilli powder, turmeric powder, oil and salt and mix very well. 2.Prepare the dough by adding just enough water. 3.Divide the dough into small dumplings and roll out each into very thin roti with help of a little flour. 4.Cook lightly for a few seconds on both sides on a tawa (griddle). 5.Apply a little ghee or oil on each roti. 6.Repeat for the remaining portions. 7.Now roast both the sides on a slow flame until crisp using little pressure with help of a wooden press. 8.Store in an air-tight container.
